CURRENT CLASSES

 

• MIXED LEVEL STATIC TRAPEZE

           Mondays 6:30pm - 8pm

           $15 drop-in or $75 for 6 class package

 

         This class is available to all levels whether you're just              starting your static trapeze training or you've got some          super moves on the bar. We'll cover the basics,                          sequence tricks together, and tackle some of the                      trickier moves.

 

 

• AERIAL CONDITIONING & STRENGTH

           Wednesdays 7:15pm - 8:15 pm

           $10 drop-in or $50 for 6 class package

 

         In this 1 hour class you will learn various conditioning            techniques and regimens both on aerial apparatuses              and on the ground to increase your strength and                      flexibility. A great way to supplement your regular                  aerial training and/or get fit. Bring socks for trapeze              conditioning!

 

 

• PRIVATE LESSONS

 

        Celestina is available for private, semi-private, and                  group lessons in aerial silks, vertical rope, static                        trapeze, partner acrobatics, conditioning, and                          flexibility.
